Account approval
Wholesale access is intended for qualified businesses and organizations. Submission does not guarantee approval, marketplace authorization, territory protection, or exclusivity.
Minimums and case packs
The minimum order quantity for wholesale and custom production is 100 sets. Samples are quoted separately. Reorder, SKU, and case-pack requirements are provided with current wholesale information and may vary by product and availability.
Pricing and payment
Approved pricing is confidential and based on product, quantity, destination, and delivery requirements. Initial orders must be paid in full before processing, production, or shipment unless agreed otherwise in writing.
Shipping, duties, and delivery
Wholesale orders currently ship from China. Shipping is quoted separately unless otherwise agreed. Duties, taxes, customs fees, import responsibility, and delivery terms follow the written quotation.
Channels, MSRP, and MAP
Online and marketplace sales require approval. Third-party marketplace sales are not permitted unless authorized in writing. Partners must follow current brand, MSRP, MAP, promotion, imagery, and channel guidelines supplied to them.
Returns and claims
Wholesale orders are generally final sale. Damage, defect, shortage, or material specification claims must be submitted within the period stated in the order terms with photographs and relevant order details.
Brand use and exclusivity
Approval permits only the brand and product uses stated in partner guidance. It does not grant geographic or channel exclusivity unless a separate written agreement states otherwise.
