Qualified buyers may request an existing product sample. Pricing, shipping, availability, and possible order credits are confirmed individually.

What is the lead time?

Lead times depend on availability, quantity, production requirements, shipping method, and destination. An estimate is provided before confirmation.

Where do orders ship from?

Wholesale orders currently ship from China. Origin, shipping method, transit estimate, and delivery terms are confirmed before payment.

Who pays wholesale shipping?

Unless otherwise agreed, wholesale shipping is quoted separately and paid by the buyer.

Are duties and taxes included?

Duties, taxes, customs fees, and import responsibilities depend on the agreed shipping terms and destination and are confirmed in the quotation.

Can I sell WillowTile products online?

Online sales require approval and compliance with WillowTile’s current channel, brand, MSRP, and MAP policies.

Can I sell on Amazon or other marketplaces?

Third-party marketplace sales are not permitted unless specifically approved in writing.

Do you offer geographic exclusivity?

Wholesale approval does not automatically include territory or channel exclusivity.

Can you customize wholesale products?

Standard wholesale uses existing WillowTile products and packaging. Logo, artwork, private-label, and custom-packaging requests go through Custom Projects.

What is the wholesale return policy?

Wholesale orders are generally final sale. Damage, defects, or shortages must be reported within the period stated in the terms.

Do I need a resale certificate?

U.S. retailers may be required to provide a valid resale certificate or equivalent business documentation before placing an order.

How long does production take?

Bulk production generally takes 20–30 days after final order confirmation. Shipping time is additional. If your project is urgent, contact us with your deadline to discuss sampling and production arrangements.

Can you arrange delivery to my U.S. address?

Yes. We can help arrange shipping and delivery to your U.S. address. Your quote will specify the shipping method and whether customs clearance, duties and taxes are included.
