WillowTile supports international sample shipments and bulk project delivery. Shipping methods, costs and estimates are reviewed according to the product, quantity, destination and required schedule. Standard velvet bags are presentation and storage options. Appropriate protective outer packing is used separately for international shipment.
1. Sample Shipping
Existing Sample Processing
Available product samples are prepared after the sample type, availability, fees and delivery details are confirmed. Processing time depends on sample inventory and whether logo application or other product preparation is required.
Express Courier
Samples are generally shipped by an available international express courier. The courier, service level and shipping charge are confirmed in the sample quotation or project communication.
Tracking
Tracking information is provided when available after the courier accepts the shipment. Carrier systems may require additional time before the first tracking event appears.
Duties and Taxes
Import duties, taxes, customs fees and destination charges may apply. Unless otherwise stated in writing, these charges are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in the sample or shipping fee.
Sample Delivery Estimates
A delivery estimate is provided after the destination and courier service are reviewed. Estimates are not guarantees and may be affected by customs processing, carrier conditions, public holidays, weather or remote-area service.
2. Bulk Project Delivery
Quoted by Destination
Bulk shipping is quoted for the confirmed delivery destination after product specifications, quantity and shipment requirements are sufficiently defined.
Air, Sea and Courier Options
Available methods may include express courier, air freight, sea freight or a suitable combination. We recommend options according to shipment size, schedule, destination and project requirements.
Final Carton Dimensions
Preliminary freight estimates may change when final carton count, dimensions, gross weight and packing method are confirmed. Final shipping costs are based on the applicable quotation or shipping arrangement.
Freight Terms
The quotation, invoice or project agreement will identify the agreed shipping method, delivery scope and applicable freight terms. Any Incoterm or special delivery arrangement must be confirmed in writing.
Customs Responsibility
Importer-of-record responsibility, customs clearance, duties, taxes, permits and destination fees depend on the agreed freight terms. Customers must provide accurate consignee and import information when required.
Delivery Estimate After Production
A delivery estimate is provided after the production schedule, final packing information and shipping method are confirmed. Production time and transit time are separate parts of the project schedule.
3. Delivery Information and Changes
Customers should provide accurate company, consignee, telephone and destination information before shipment is arranged. Changes requested after booking or dispatch may cause additional charges or delays and are subject to carrier availability.
4. Delays and Delivery Issues
Customs inspections, port or airport congestion, carrier disruption, weather, public holidays and other circumstances outside WillowTile’s reasonable control may affect delivery. If a shipment shows an exception, contact us with the project reference and tracking information so we can assist with the available carrier process.
5. Contact
Questions about sample or bulk delivery can be submitted through the WillowTile Contact page or discussed as part of your project quotation.
