Planning a custom or private-label project?
What is the minimum order quantity?
Custom production starts at 100 sets. Final MOQ depends on the product, artwork, packaging and accessories selected.
Can I request a sample before production?
Yes. Existing product samples, logo samples, packaging prototypes and custom prototypes may be available depending on the project.
Can you add our logo?
Yes. Logo placement may be available on tile backs, selected tiles, packaging, inserts and coordinated accessories.
Can the tile artwork and colors be changed?
Yes. Selected adjustments and original artwork direction can be discussed. Deeper development may require higher quantities and additional sampling.
Do I need custom retail packaging?
No. Custom packaging is not required. Standard packaging is a velvet bag. Retail or gift packaging is available as an optional extra.
How long does a custom project take?
Timing depends on quantity, artwork, sampling and packaging. A project timeline is provided after specifications are reviewed.
