Can I order a few sets to test retail demand?
Yes—we can discuss a small initial order to help you test retail demand. Please contact us with the mahjong styles you’re interested in and the quantity you have in mind. We’ll confirm the available options and help arrange a suitable starting order.
How are wholesale orders produced?
Our wholesale sets are made to order based on the design and specifications agreed with you. You can start with a WillowTile collection or discuss custom colors, tile artwork, branding and packaging.
Before production, we confirm the design, set contents, quantity and packaging details with you. Samples can be arranged separately so you can review the look and feel before proceeding with a bulk order.
Can I combine collections in one order?
Tell us which collections and quantities you have in mind. We will confirm whether the proposed allocation is feasible and explain any design-specific minimums in the quotation.
What information do you need to prepare a quote?
Please share your preferred styles, estimated quantity, any customization or packaging needs, and your delivery address. If you’re still deciding on some details, that’s fine—we can help you work through the options.
Do you ship to the United States?
Yes. We can arrange air or sea freight to the United States, with local delivery through carriers such as DHL or UPS where suitable.
Shipping costs are confirmed in your quotation based on the order’s packed weight and dimensions, your delivery address and the shipping method. Customs clearance, duties and taxes can be arranged according to your requirements, including door-to-door delivery with customs clearance, duties and taxes included. Your quotation will clearly state what is covered.
How long do samples and bulk orders take?
For urgent projects, sample production can be completed within 5 business days once the design and specifications are confirmed. Bulk production is generally completed within 30 days after final order confirmation.
These timeframes cover production; shipping time is additional and depends on the delivery method. If you have a specific deadline, please contact us so we can confirm a suitable production and shipping schedule.
